Planning
Order-to-loom planning decides whether delivery dates hold. The system should show what each sort needs in yarn, which beams are ready and when the looms come free.

Quality and shade
Buyers reject on shade variation as often as on defects. Roll-wise shade grouping and lab data linked to dye lots let dispatch send matched rolls together.
A roll is not finished stock until its shade group is known.
