How is your pricing different from SAP, Oracle or other packaged ERPs?
Packaged ERPs charge licences or subscriptions per user, implementation fees, and annual maintenance calculated on the licence value every year. We charge one development cost, agreed in writing before work starts. The first year of AMC is free. There is no per-user fee, so adding staff costs nothing.
What happens after the free AMC year?
You choose. You can take an annual support contract with us, call us only when you need changes, or have your own team or another developer maintain it. Because you hold the source code, you are not tied to us.
Who owns the software?
You do. The source code is handed over in your repository and the data sits in your own cloud account or on your own server.
How long does a custom ERP take?
The first module is typically live in six to eight weeks after the study. A full system for a mid-sized business usually takes four to eight months, delivered in phases so you use each part as it is ready.
Can it work with Tally?
Yes. Many clients keep Tally for statutory accounts. The ERP posts sales, purchase, receipt and payment vouchers into Tally automatically, so nothing is typed twice.
Is a custom ERP risky compared with a known brand?
The main risk in any ERP project is poor fit and poor adoption, and custom reduces both. The risk specific to custom is dependence on the builder, which is why we hand over code and documentation. If you report into a group that mandates a particular ERP, we will tell you to stay with it.
