Travel & Hospitality.
Search, price, book — without dropping the thread.
Drema builds travel and hospitality platforms: booking engines, inventory and channel management, dynamic pricing and guest experience tooling. We built BharatTrips, an end-to-end travel booking platform, so the awkward parts — availability, pricing and payment across a long journey — are ones we have already solved once.
What this sector
actually deals with.
Discovery, planning and booking sit in three disconnected experiences and travellers drop out between them. Rates and availability drift between channels. Payment failures on unstable connections lose bookings that were otherwise complete.
Systems this sector
keeps needing.
The parts of a travel & hospitality platform that carry the weight. Not everything at once — we build the one that unblocks you first.
Booking engines
Search, availability, hold and confirm with correct handling of concurrent bookings.
Inventory and channel management
One rate and availability source pushed to every distribution channel.
Dynamic pricing
Demand, seasonality and lead-time rules with a record of what price applied when.
Itinerary and trip management
Multi-component trips held together as one journey.
Guest experience
Check-in, requests, upsells and post-stay feedback.
Where the work
pays for itself.
The problems travel & hospitality teams bring us most often. If one of these is costing you money today, it is worth a conversation.
Online travel platforms
Unified discovery-to-booking flow, as with BharatTrips.
Hotel direct booking
Reducing OTA commission with a direct engine guests prefer.
Tour and activity operators
Capacity, slots and guide allocation.
Corporate travel
Policy enforcement, approvals and expense integration.

What shapes a build
in this sector.
These are the things a generalist team discovers late and prices badly. We design around them from the first week.
- Supplier and GDS integration limits
- Cancellation, refund and chargeback handling
- Payment reliability on poor mobile connections
- Seasonal traffic spikes an order of magnitude above baseline
How we usually
engage here.
The services travel & hospitality clients most often start with.
Travel & Hospitality
questions.
Straight answers, including where we are not the right team.
Can you integrate supplier and GDS feeds?
Yes, and the engineering effort is usually in tolerating their behaviour — slow responses, inconsistent availability, partial failures — rather than in the integration itself. We design for graceful degradation when a supplier is unresponsive.
How do you handle double bookings?
Soft holds during checkout with expiry, plus atomic confirmation against inventory. Optimistic assumptions about concurrency are where double bookings come from.
Do you build dynamic pricing?
Yes, rules-based first and model-backed once there is enough demand history to justify it. Every price applied is recorded so a customer query can be answered precisely.
Have you built a travel platform before?
Yes, BharatTrips — booking engine, inventory and pricing logic, payment integration and a mobile-first interface designed for variable Indian network conditions.

Building for travel & hospitality?
Bring the problem as it actually is, constraints included.
You will get a straight answer on whether we are the right team.
