Does the driver app work without signal?

It has to. Scans, proof of delivery and status updates are captured locally and synced when connectivity returns, with the sequence preserved. Assuming continuous connectivity is the most common failure in last-mile apps.

How accurate are the ETAs?

Far more accurate than a static promise, because they account for actual position, remaining stops and traffic. We are careful to communicate uncertainty rather than display a precise-looking time the system cannot support.

Can you optimise routes?

Yes, respecting time windows, vehicle capacity, driver hours and the practical constraints dispatchers know about. Purely mathematical optimisation that ignores those gets overridden and then ignored.

Can you integrate with carriers and 3PLs?

Yes, though the quality of their interfaces varies enormously. We normalise them behind one internal model so your systems are not shaped by each carrier's quirks.
