ERP

Manufacturing ERP Development.

From bill of materials to dispatch, measured at the machine.

Drema AI builds manufacturing ERP for discrete, process and job-work-driven factories: textiles, engineering, auto components, chemicals, pharma, food, ceramics and more. The system follows material from purchase through every operation and outside process to dispatch, captures data at the machine, and reports the three numbers owners ask for: what to make today, whether material is available and whether the job is making money.

The problem

What usually
goes wrong.

Production is planned on a whiteboard and recorded at shift end from memory. Nobody knows how much material is lying with job workers. Costing is an estimate made once and never checked. Rejections are counted but not traced to a cause, and the ERP that was bought is used only to print invoices.

The pattern we are usually called in to fix
What we build

Everything that ships
with this work.

Not a menu to choose from. Each piece is here because leaving it out is what makes this kind of project fail six months later.

01

BOM, recipes and routing

Multi-level bills of material or formulations, operations, standard times, yields and revisions.

02

Planning

Material requirements from orders and forecasts, capacity by machine, and a daily shortage list.

03

Shop floor capture

Job cards on tablets, barcode scanning, operator and machine-wise output, downtime and rejection reasons.

04

Job work

Issue and receipt with vendors, material balances, process loss and job-work billing.

05

Quality and traceability

Incoming, in-process and final inspection; lot genealogy from finished goods back to raw material.

06

Costing and maintenance

Actual against standard cost per order; preventive maintenance, breakdowns and spares.

How we work

The order matters more
than the tools.

Most of what separates a project that lands from one that stalls is sequence. This is the order we work in, and why each step comes where it does.

  1. 01

    Walk the floor

We follow one order from enquiry to dispatch and record every handover.

  2. 02

    Masters

Item codes, BOMs and routings cleaned and loaded; this decides everything downstream.

  3. 03

    Stores and production

Stock counted, job cards live, supervisors trained in their own language.

  4. 04

    Planning, quality, costing

Added once floor data is trusted.

  5. 05

    Machine data and AI

Machine integration, anomaly alerts and forecasts where volumes justify them.

Use cases

Where this gets
put to work.

The situations this service is built for. If one of these sounds like your problem it is worth a conversation — and if none of them do, say so on the call and we will point you at what would actually fit.

01

Discrete manufacturing

Auto components, machine building, electronics and fabrication with BOM, routing and serial or lot traceability.

02

Process manufacturing

Chemicals, pharma, food and ceramics with recipes, batches, yield, co-products and compliance records.

03

Textiles and garments

Lot, shade and size-wise tracking across many outside processes.

04

Engineer-to-order

Project-based manufacturing where the BOM evolves with the design.

Have a use case that is not on this list? That is usually the interesting one.

The stack

Chosen to fit,
not to impress.

We pick tools that suit the problem and that your team can maintain after we hand over — never to pad a capability list.

FAQ

Questions we
get asked.

Straight answers, including the ones that talk you out of work we would otherwise be paid for.

Will shop-floor staff actually use it?

Only if entry is faster than writing in a register. We design floor screens for a tablet or phone, in the operator's language, with a scan and a quantity. If a task needs more than a few taps we redesign it.

Can it connect to our machines?

Yes. Recent CNC machines and PLCs expose data over standard protocols; older machines can be fitted with low-cost sensors. Machine status, counts and downtime then flow into production records automatically.

How do you handle job work?

Every issue to and receipt from a job worker is recorded with quantity and weight, giving a running material balance, process loss against allowance and bills checked against receipts, with the GST challans required.

Do you support quality standards such as IATF 16949 or GMP?

We build the records those standards require: control plans, inspection data, non-conformance and corrective action, calibration, electronic batch records and audit trails. Certification remains your responsibility; the system provides the evidence.

What does it cost?

A one-time development cost that depends on modules and complexity, quoted after the floor study. AMC is free for the first year and there are no per-user or per-machine fees.

Where does AI help in a factory?

Reading supplier invoices and customer schedules, forecasting demand and material, flagging rejection or consumption outside the normal range, vision inspection, and letting the owner ask for a number without opening a report.
