Questions
We do not have the source code. Can anything be done?
Yes. The data can usually be extracted from the database, and the system rebuilt around observed behaviour. We explain what is feasible.
Will we have to stop work during migration?
No. We plan migration in phases with both systems running until the new one is proven.
Is replacement always necessary?
No. Sometimes the right answer is to leave a stable system alone and build the new features around it.
