Is this legal advice?

No. It is a product and engineering review against the published Act and Rules. For a legal opinion, consult a lawyer; our report gives them and your developers a concrete starting point.

When does the DPDP Act apply?

The Rules were notified on 13 November 2025. Consent Manager provisions start on 13 November 2026 and the main obligations on businesses on 13 May 2027.

Can you make the changes for us?
